FYI: I am aware of the error when you log in. I know the exact file and the problem, but can't figure out a solution (arghhhhh)! It doesn't affect logging in so I am not in a hurry, but will hopefully get it fixed sometime soon.

does anyone else have to log in every single time they visit? because that is annoying... i can click the keep me logged in and all that and every time i still have to enter a name and password...

I also have no issues. I would go to your "Tools > Options > Privacy" (or however it is in your web browser) and make sure your cookies are turned on...that solves the problem most of the time.

You could try clearing your cache too.

Do you use Firefox? If so, a couple questions:

1) Are you using the NEWEST Firefox? Some have been having issues with it.
2) If so, in your privacy tab do you "start Firefox in a private session?"

I'm out of ideas at the moment...

it is the newest firefox, but even with the old one it had issues... and go figure as i go to type this i was logged in from yesterday... technology... been doing this for months then today stops, and i never changed a setting lol... see if it lasts

Well, looks like I will have to fix the login issue ASAP...currently, no new members can register. I am going to restore a few of the old files from the phpBB 3.0.5 installation (we currently have the 3.0.6 update) and see what happens...(fingers crossed).

These updates are only supposed to take ten minutes, but they always turn into tons of trouble!

Login issue is fixed. Let me know if you experience any problems.
